  • All-Inclusive! Weekly group hybrid & strength classes + open gym + HYROX simulation events.

  • Workout at your own pace/time. 24/7 full access to cardio & strength equipment. *Closed during group classes.

  • 45-minute workouts for individuals or small groups tailored to your goals/needs. Meal planning also available.

CABRA hosts HYROX events throughout the year—called MockRox. Coordinated with the HYROX race calendar, MockRox is a mini HYROX sim that helps you: practice movements, determine race strategy, ask questions, and get pumped with our community!

MockRox events are included with HYROX-UNLIMITED memberships. Event drop-in is $25 per person/event.
