HYROX ENGINE develops endurance—from aerobic capacity to lactate threshold to muscular endurance/stamina to speed. Athletes will become faster runners, increase work rate, and improve ability on cardio machines. It includes a greater number of reps and increased distances, leading to improved muscular strength, enhanced cardio resilience, and overall increased performance.
HYROX POWER focuses on developing strength. It's centered on traditional strength training rather than skills and aerobic fitness. The program includes a variety of workout formats such as AMRAPs (As Many Reps as Possible), Strength intervals, TOTMs (Top of the Minute), Partner Workouts, 'I Go You Go' sessions, and volume training.
HYROX COMPLETE caters to a wide-range of fitness levels while also improving HYROX related skills. This program enhances aerobic capacity plus the body’s ability to run and function under significant duress, achieved by sustained exercises that elevate the heart rate via long form blocks. This increases stamina, but also prepares athletes for the demands of a HYROX race.
