Erica Mattison

ERICA MATTISON owns CABRA Hybrid Fitness, is the lead coach, and holds certifications with NASM, NASM-YES, and AFAA as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Additionally, Erica’s earned HYROX accolades: she’s a HYROX Certified Coach, 3x World Championship qualifier, and 2x first place finisher.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas, she spent the past decade in the Fort Worth area as a head/specialty coach and lead instructor at gyms such as Orangetheory Fitness and Life Time. A single mom to three incredible 20s/teens, Erica’s expertise in HYROX/hybrid and passion for helping people breakthrough fitness barriers while building a strong, fun community sets her apart. She’s an enthusiastic leader whose focus is creating a space where you can show up as you are and get stronger in every way. And she leads by example—there’s always a race she’s training for!

Trinity Alvidrez

TRINITY ALVIDREZ has always found joy in movement—from dance classes and 5Ks to hiking any trail she could find. In 2019 after back-to-back pregnancies, her approach shifted from fitness as fun to fitness with purpose. Fueled by inspiring instructors, Trinity dove into becoming a coach/trainer. She discovered HYROX via Erica, was instantly hooked, competed in her first HYROX in 2023 and hasn’t looked back!

Today, you’ll find Trinity strength training, crushing hybrid workouts, and leading classes at CABRA. She’s a HYROX Certified Coach and holds NASM credentials as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. A proud mom of three pre/teens and married to her best friend, Trinity holds an arts degree from TCC and has a creative side fueled by a photography passion. Trinity brings heart & hustle to everything she does—especially at CABRA.

Howard Morrow

HOWARD MORROW is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and former Texas A&M wide receiver with 12+ years of experience in fitness and sports performance training. A Fossil Ridge HS standout and nationally top-ranked receiver, he went on to play for the Aggies from 2005–2010, earning a B.S. in Sports Management with a minor in Business. He also played professionally for the Wichita Falls Nighthawks and West Texas Roughnecks.

A dad of three, Howard trains athletes of all ages, sports, and fitness levels—many earning college scholarships. While he specializes in football-specific training, his sessions combine elite-level knowledge, passion, and unique workout plans whether you’re just starting or looking to level-up. Howard takes pride in making a make a positive impact with his clients while helping them build confidence and be the healthiest version of themselves. “How you do anything is how you do everything… so STOP PLAYIN.”

Keigan Landcaster

KEIGAN LANDCASTER has a mission to help clients unlock their full potential physically and mentally. He studied Kinesiology at UNT, holds certifications from ACSM and AFSA, and brings a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and how to train/recover effectively and safely. With 11+ years of experience, Keigan specializes in sports performance, strength building, fat loss, and mobility.

Keigan offers personal training at CABRA and helps clients prevent injuries, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility at Southlake Mobility & Rehab. He believes in having fun (leopard Fridays!) while building client-tailored programs. What Keigan loves about CABRA is the energy, the encouragement, and the family-like feel. Having grown up immersed in sports, including playing college baseball, Keigan has competed in five HYROX races. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, Keigan is committed to guiding you every step of the way.
